The Managing Director, Tony Cottam, has over 25 years banking experience and was Vice President and General Manager of a major international bank for the latter 8 years. He is an affiliate of the Securities Institute of Australia and holds various diplomas and certificates relevant to the finance industry.

He has either worked in or managed most areas of retail and corporate banking in Australia and New Zealand (including credit, treasury, FX, money markets, superannuation, insurance, stock broking, personnel management, quality assurance and regulatory compliance) and has been directly responsible for the management of well over 100 staff at various times during his career. He has also been involved in the design and implementation of around a dozen major financial computer systems, has redesigned a staff superannuation plan (2000 + staff) and developed 5-10 year strategic business and systems redevelopment plans for major banking divisions.
